Welcome to Stray Aid

Stray Aid is a registered charity, Charity No. 1117372, based in Coxhoe, Durham. Our mission is to rescue, re-unite or rehome the lost, abused, abandoned or unwanted dogs found on the streets in the North East of England. Without your support, we are unable to provide this vital lifeline and we will not succeed in giving these unfortunate dogs a new start in life.  Our aim is to provide practical help and information on stray, lost or abandoned dogs and cats across County Durham and Hartlepool. The Stray Aid Rehoming Centre, Coxhoe is open 10am - 4pm seven days a week. The dogs are not available for viewing after 4pm. If you are visiting in the hope of finding a new pet please help us by printing out and filling in this form.
